At RENzia, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our Cancellation and Refund Policy carefully before submitting a request.
Cancellation Policy
We would like to inform you that all products sold or dispensed by RENzia vending machines and distributors can be cancelled and refunded under the following conditions:
- Wrong Product Dispensed: If the wrong product is dispensed from the vending machine. Wrong product is defined as any product in the vending machine, except for the intended product for which payment has been made via RENzia.
- Damaged or Defective Products: Products that are damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
- Product Not Received: If payment was made but the product was not dispensed or delivered.
We expect that the customer keeps the product in undamaged, unused and sealed condition in order to claim cancellation and refunds for the transaction.
Eligibility for Cancellation
- Cancellation requests are valid only for products purchased at full price through our official stores and vending machines.
- Requests for cancellation must be submitted within 15 days of delivery or purchase.
- For any other concerns, our customer service team will review each case individually and determine the most appropriate resolution.
- To qualify, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- Each cancellation request will be evaluated by our support team to confirm eligibility.
- All approved cancellations are subject to inspection and verification before processing refund.
Non-Cancellable Items
- Custom fragrances or personalized perfume blends are not eligible for cancellation.
- Sale or discounted purchases are not eligible for cancellation.
- Products that have been used or opened cannot be cancelled.
Refund Policy
We, RENzia and our affiliated merchants and distributors will provide refunds only in the following cases:
- Payment Deducted but Product Not Dispensed: Money (or equivalent wallet money/points) got deducted but the product did not get dispensed from the vending machine.
- Wrong Product Dispensed: Money (or equivalent wallet money/points) got deducted but the wrong product dispensed from the vending machine.
- Damaged or Defective Products: Products received in damaged or defective condition (must be reported within 15 days).
- Approved Cancellations: Orders that are cancelled within the eligible timeframe and meet all conditions.
How to Claim a Cancellation or Refund
Please follow the below-mentioned procedure in order to claim a cancellation and refund:
- Contact us by emailing us at info@renzialux.com or calling/WhatsApp at +91-9815550578.
- Any application for cancellation or refund should be placed within 15 days from the time of transaction or delivery.
- If a claim is made after the stipulated time frame, that claim will not be eligible for any cancellation or refund.
If you make a claim through email or phone, please provide the following details:
- Name
- Mobile Number registered with us
- Transaction details – Transaction ID, date, product name and price
- Machine location and ID (if purchased from vending machine)
- Product images (if applicable)
- Short description of the issue faced
Once you submit the claim, our support team will contact you to assist you on the claim.
Refund Modes
Once the claim is investigated and verified, we will initiate the refund of the money or equivalent wallet money/points.
- The money or the equivalent wallet money/points will be credited to the account/e-wallet/card from which the transaction has occurred.
- Refunds typically take 7-10 business days to process after approval.

Vending Machine Specific Returns
For purchases made through RENzia vending machines:
- If money is deducted but product is not dispensed, immediate refund can be processed.
- Please note the machine ID and location for faster processing.
- Contact our support team immediately at the helpline number displayed on the vending machine.
