Once our system processes your order, your products are inspected thoroughly to ensure they are in a perfect condition. After they pass through the final round of quality check, they are packed and handed over to our trusted delivery partner.
Our delivery partner will then bring the package to you at the earliest possible. In case, they are unable to reach the address provided by you or at a suitable time, they will contact you to resolve the issue.
We package our products in boxes, which are covered in a protective layer. We pride ourselves on our packaging protocol and aim to keep you just as happy with the delivery as you are with our products!

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with the details of the tracking number and the courier company that is processing your order.
You can track the status of your package 24 hours after your order is dispatched from our warehouse.
We dispatch most orders within 15 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
RENzia does not levy any shipping & handling charges. We offer free shipping on all orders.
Currently, RENzia does not ship outside India.
Please allow up to 15 working days for your order to be dispatched. Normally orders placed before 1pm on a business day, we aim to ship the same day, providing card security checks are complete, payment received, and stock availability is confirmed. Orders placed after 1pm will be shipped the next business day.
Orders received on Sunday or during holidays are dispatched the following Monday or next working day. During busy times, such as holiday periods, there can be processing and shipping delays.
The orders cannot be shipped to PO boxes or military addresses. Rural domestic addresses require one or more additional days to deliver.
For shipments delivered outside Punjab, the customer's state may charge GST on top of the price of the item. These charges are beyond our control and can't be reimbursed. Domestic customers are responsible for any GST charged by your state government.
We are unable to predict which shipments will be assessed these fees or the amount of the fee that may be charged. In cases of refusal, either the cost of the goods or return service costs will be assessed.
An email containing your package tracking information will be sent after shipment.
You can check the status of your order by using the tracking number provided by our delivery partner. Simply visit the courier company's website and enter your tracking number to see the real-time status.
Unfortunately, products listed as "Out of Stock" are not available for sale. However, we can notify you as soon as the product is back in stock. Simply contact us with your registered email address, and we'll inform you when the product becomes available.
For vending machine orders, professional installation is included with every purchase. Our technicians will coordinate with you to schedule installation at your preferred location. Installation typically takes 2-4 hours depending on the setup, and training on machine operation is provided post-installation.
